    Responsibility: Lead Production & Quality & Database Development

    Standards:

    • Produce 120 quality leads per month. Specialist - DH, Addressing, Shipping Marketers produce 105 quality leads per month, 75 of which must be lead specific within category.
    • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day with a .50 second average duration on call.
    • Maintain a minimum of 100% of assigned budgets in all categories year to date.
    • Generate lead to revenue of 35K per month for Generalist and 40K for Specialist.
    • Obtain 5 PBCC’s per month.
    • Obtain 10 qualified FaxBack’s per month. (Approved by management.)
    • Collect ETA’s and E-mail addresses of prospects accurately.
    • Proficient in all Passport and Exchange functions to enable lead distribution, communication, and data base maintenance.
    • Must pass audits as administered by Call Center Management.
    • Monitoring on initial phone calls to prospect.
    • Call within designated territory.

    Responsibility: Territories and Time Management

    Standards:

    • Display and demonstrate strong time management skills on a daily basis to ensure productivity.
    • Initiate calls and generate calls within designated territory unless otherwise assigned by supervisor/manager.

    Responsibility: Customer Service

    Standards:

    • Return all customer calls; voice mail messages etc. within eight (8) business hours.
    • No more than 3 complaints per year from internal/external customers.
