Bank Makes Mailing a Breeze with Neopost
Lebanon Citizens National Bank (LCNB), a bank with over 20 locations in Ohio, found themselves in a dilemma by spending too much time, energy and money manually folding and inserting their customers bank statements into envelopes. The entire mailing operation was so cumbersome that the bank decided to acquire a Neopost
SI-76 folder inserter and an IJ-110 advanced digital mailing system.
With the SI-76, LCNB was able to fold and insert almost any size document at a rate of 3,500 statements an hour. LCNB also added Neopost's Optical Mark Recognition feature, which secures mail and ensures that it is delivered to the intended addressee. The IJ-110 made a perfect compliment to the SI-76, helping LCNB weigh and add postage to each piece of mail at a rate of 250 letters per minute. As a result, Neopost helped LCNB dramatically save in mail operating costs, cut down on time and labor force and produce professional looking statements with Neopost's SI-76 and IJ-110. |

*a correction to the original article has been made. Phase III meters can be used, but not reset after 12/31/06. Postage remaining in the meter can be used until it runs out and/or will be refunded by the post office within 90 days of 12/31/2006. |
