Please read below for more information on how to obtain updated rate software for your Neopost electronic scale:
- If you have a Software Advantage contract, new rate software will be shipped to you automatically before the UPS/FedEx Rate Change effective date. Your new software will include simple installation instructions. You can also download the instruction guide.
- If you do not have an existing Software Advantage contract or Rate Change Protection contract, you will automatically receive the updated rate software and your company will be invoiced for the cost.
